We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Radiant Web Technology Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, cultivate client relationships, and close sales for our website design and development, mobile apps, and e-commerce solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, and networking events.
- Sales Process: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including lead qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements, present our IT solutions, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads, answer questions, and address any concerns, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Graduate / MBA / PGDBA or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close sales.
